RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland)

So RBS has this ad. It's a ski gondola going up a mountain, the kind of gondola used to transport lots of people as opposed to a Tbar. It's in the middle of summer, or at least not in the winter, and there are several people on the gondola, all of them in biz suits. A woman, a black guy, and several white guys. Suddenly, the gondola stops moving. No one knows why, but everyone starts freaking out. Except we never see the black guy again. The woman really freaks, frantically smiling and then brushing her hair. A white guy looks nervous, but collected. Another white guy tells everyone to think positively. And the woman screams. Then, like you knew it was coming, another white guy notices a big red button that says emergency start. He presses the button, and everything is ok.
Let's review, shall we?
The woman is hysterical, like all women are. The black guy disappears. And a white guy notices the obvious and thus saves the day.
Shame on you, RBS. and whoever your ad agency is. sexist, racist, and scottish.
what's worse...that you felt the need to include the token black and the token female, or that you made them into stereotypes?
